Excellent dermatology service. Very professional staff. Special recognition to Ms, Kheemaz Sharieff, who went out of her way to make sure that all health insurance programs and documents were accurate, and timely.

Polite and efficient staff.

Whenever I visit AllPhases Dermatology, it's always a good experience and I like that I don't have very long to wait befiore being seen. I love Dr. Appiah and Jordana. They are very knowledgeable at their skincare craft. I put my complete faith & trust in them & in what they suggest for me to follow when it comes to my skin. The office is very nice and clean and everyone from the front desk to the Medical Assistants are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone needing skincare services to schedule an appointment to AllPhases Dermatology.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I witnessed a young lady at the front desk during my kids appointment dealing with a difficult person and although I wish I could have said something there was no need. She handled herself very professional, speaking to the rude person with a calm voice. Being ever so polite and patient, taking her time to explain in great detail the directions to this not so nice person. After what I thought was an exhausting encounter as if I was the one assisting him, I had to let her know what an amazing job she did. While speaking with her I noticed her badge said assistant manger. Job well done Dr. Appiah you have an amazing employee on your hands and I can tell she loves her job because while I was saying how I would handled it, she smiled and said you have to be kind and have patience you never know what someone is going through. Now if that's not customer service I don't know what is. Thank you for your service

This place is efficient and the people are friendly!

I have been a patient of Yvette Appiah for more than 20 years. I first sought treatment for acne which popped up in my 20s. I immediately realized she was one of the top dermatologists in the country (by her education as well as the innovative techniques she uses). As my skin needs have changed she has guided me with appropriate treatment and medication and I now have the healthiest skin and it only gets better. She truly has taken care of my skin through all phases of life. Dr Appiah has grown her practice to include brilliant doctors and phenomenal support staff. Michele in particular is irreplaceable- not only does she manage the office with incredible dedication and precision but she truly cares for each patient. She works to get those urgent cases in quickly, she assists with billing, she communicates effectively with doctors and nurses on patients behalf and makes every patient feel like they are important. The entire staff at Allphases is just wonderful which I believe is a testament to Dr Appiah and the practice she has created. Thank you so much Dr Appiah (and Michele) for taking such good care of my skin all these years.

I give this office a 5 star rating. The office and staff makes you feel very welcome. They are very prompt and efficient. The front desk receptionist Michelle I believe is her name is the sweetest and most kind hearted person. The doctors also take their time with you and explain all procedures to you. I highly recommend this office.

I called to get a response on my medication, after being told that there was no medical staff to assist me I hung up because I was frustrated I would have to go through the weekend without my medication. I received a call about 30 minutes later from a young lady Michelle stating she was the front office manager and I went off honestly giving her an earful. She apologized several times for the inconvenience (I could tell her apology was sincere) but assured me she had just finished speaking with my pharmacy and suggested I call them and that they had been given a verbal response approving my medication. I appreciate the fact that she went over and beyond in assuring I received my medicine. She told me if I had any other issues to give her a call back because she wanted to make sure that as a patient of hers I was taken care of and this is just from a manager. She most definitely went over and beyond. Thank you for making me feel heard and my apologies for being rude

I have been a patient of All Phases Dermatology and they have the friendliest staff. From the front desk, to the staff and Doctor Appiah. They are amazing and so helpful!

I’ve been with Dr. Appiah since 2012. She is the absolute best dermatologist ever!! Over the years I’ve had different skin conditions happen due to other medical things and each time she cleared me right up or significantly reduced the issue! She has always provided the correct treatments for me. She is knowledgeable, she is kind, she is patient (as much as she can be due to the nature of her work), and she cares. I highly recommend her. Especially young women of color!
